In organizations and communities, you are constantly influenced by collective energy, and looking only at your chart in isolation misses this essential truth.

OC16 is the design of large groups—what happens when nine or more people come together and form an energy field greater than the sum of its parts. It explains how leadership, direction, and hierarchy emerge, and why some thrive in large organizations while others feel drained or misplaced.

In this workshop, Banu Çetin will guide you to explore your own chart through the lens of OC16. You’ll discover how you are impacted by group dynamics, how you can contribute your strengths, and whether you naturally belong in large organizations. This deeper awareness will give you tools to navigate the collective with clarity and confidence, turning hidden influences into real advantages in your career and life.

Understanding Your Attractors in the Material World

In this session, we exploreProfit Potential through the 9 Centers through the BG5 lens.

This session is about understandinghow the material world works, how value is exchanged, andwhy money flows where it does.

Each Center represents a differentmaterial attractor, and how you can use that attraction for yourself for material success.

Rather than focusing on “what you should do,” this lecture helps you recognizewhat already happens mechanically— where people are attracted to you and your services and how material benefit is created through interaction.

Participants will leave withgreater clarityabout how they attract opportunity, why certain professional dynamics repeat, and how to engage with these mechanics consciously — without moral judgment, pressure, or illusion.

This lecture is suitable for both newcomers and experienced students of BG5 and Human Design who want aprecise, practical understandingof Profit Potential through the Centers.
