“Stop Acting from the Not-Self – Working with Root Centre Pressure“

In this session, we’ll look at how the Root pressure shapes our behaviour and how easily it can push us out of alignment. Through experiential exercises and guided imagination, you’ll explore your own patterns and learn to recognize the moment when pressure begins to take over.
We’ll also work with systemic mapping to understand how your body responds to intensity and how to make grounded decisions from inner authority — so you can move from pressure only when it’s truly right for you.

Bio:

I’ve been working with Human Design since 2013 and it’s the foundation of my professional practice. I am a certified HD analyst, LYDG and Rave ABC teacher, and BG5 Professional Analyst. I combine Human Design with body-based work, systemic principles, and coaching, and since 2015 I’ve been using the mandala in both individual and group sessions.

My background includes more than 20 years in adult development as a coach, facilitator, lecturer, and supervisor. As a co-owner of Lidé a zdroje s.r.o., I support leaders and companies in their personal and organizational growth.

I guide people in living their uniqueness in a grounded and practical way. I have little patience for pretense, clichés, or empty language — what matters to me is uncovering real potential and the patterns that hold it back. I help helps clients embody what is essential. When insight settles into the body, it becomes lived wisdom — sustainable, natural, and truly transformative. These moments often reveal powerful stories that show how shared — and yet beautifully individual — human experience is.
