“Roots of Connection: Energetic Attachment Styles in Human Design”
In this session I’ll be sharing how I came to blend Attachment Theory and Human Design in my work with therapy and coaching clients. We’ll discuss the Energetic Attachment Styles and how they show up both personally and professionally in Design through brief case studies. Then we’ll explore an aspect of our Design through the lens of these Energetic Attachment Styles so you get a visceral experience of how your own attachment style may be showing up in different ways and practical shifts you can implement right away to create deeper connection to yourself and others.
Bio:
Kris blends her double-Scorpio intuition, 25+ years of experience as a psychotherapist, Human Design instructor & consultant, abstract artist & creativity coach, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy clinician, plus her own personal experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness, spiritual practices, and mystical experiences together to offer grounded, practical and deeply transformational experiences for her clients and students.
She wrote and published a book, Life Well Spoken: Free Your Inner Voice & Prosper, and gave a TED talk in 2015 which to date has over 440k views. She’s taught hundreds of hours of Human Design courses and over the past decade has taught/coached over a thousand folks around their Human Design for personal and professional growth and success.
She is also the creator of Relational Energenetics™ which blends Human Design, Attachment Theory, and her clairvoyant vision of energetic dynamics to help folks develop secure & sovereign energetic boundaries at home and in business.
While all that is great, and was super fun to create and experience, she’s most proud of the following: Her two kids, Eli & Anja; falling in love with her unique design and learning to trust it implicitly for the past 14 years, teaching herself to paint, and dancing the same way in public as she does in the privacy of her own living room.
