About Nathalie:

Teacher of the BG5 Foundation and BG5 Consultant & OC16 Consultant Certification Courses in both English and Dutch as independent instructor of the BG5 Business Institute, the Human Design for Business counterpart of the IHDS. Since the very start of the BG5BI in January 2016, I have been collaborating side-by-side with Karen Sherwood building and expanding the curriculum. Since 2 years we are both independent instructors. My passion is to make the learning experience practical and fun so it is easier to apply in your day-to-day life.

“My professional life has been a long struggling journey of repeated intense burnouts and depression. Not a surprise as I have a very open Design with my only channel being the format Strength of Concentration (52-9) and I have it defined twice in my design!

Fortunately in January 2014 Human Design came on my path and I finally found focus in doing what I LOVE, what gives me utter joy and happiness and true satisfaction, that is supporting people to live closer to their true Authentic Self, being able to shine like a bright light, giving meaning and purpose to their life.

Introduction the Future of Collaboration Penta/OC16 [Day 1, 22.01.2026 LIVE]

Human Design focuses on individual empowerment, but when exposed and interacting with small or large groups, our auras become part of one group aura that operates under a different mechanic and impacts us energetically, differently than other conditioning forces. The group dynamics can cause us to behave differently and take on different roles than we do on our own.

Since being in groups is natural part of our social, family, and work lives, being able to understand the impact that group dynamics has on us is an important aspect of our awareness. By looking at the nature of the Wa, groups larger than 9 people, we can better understand one of most potent forms of conditioning.

Experimenting with the Future of Collaboration – the OC16 Festival Game [Day 1, 22.01.2026 LIVE]

The Festival itself is a gathering of people where we automatically create a Wa/OC16 group aura. Through the OC16 Festival Game you will gain valuable insights in real-time about the roles we each take on naturally. You will learn in a playful way how the wheels spin in large group dynamics, how each of the 64 gates have a specific “Role” in organizing the group through six OC16 communication circuits. As a result of the game you will have created your personalized OC16 Playbook with the roles you play in a large group environment. This booklet you can further grow throughout the festival. On the last day (Day 4 25.01.2026) we will come back to your booklet in the Analysis of the OC16 Festival Experiment.

Informal daily BG5/OC16 Empower Hour – [Day 2-4 LIVE]

We will create a table somewhere in the venue where you can sit down daily at a specific time with Nathalie and/or Karen to ask your questions during the BG5/OC16 Empower Hour. An opportunity to complement and further perfect your personalized OC16 Playbook.

Analysis of the Penta/OC16 Festival Experiment [Day 4, 25.01.2026 LIVE]

After having played with and discussed your OC16 Roles and composed your personalized OC16 Playbook the past days, Nathalie will now analyze and evaluate how we saw the large group dynamics show up real time throughout the festival. By portraying some beautiful individual experiences and illustrating interactions and connections that emerged.

Just like Line/Quality 5 – As we start working together in smaller groups these groups start working together to create a larger whole. The more people you have the more important it is to understand how the “Lines of Communication” operate to Universalize the message and make corrections so that everyone within a group, organization or business is on the same page moving in the same direction.  We are a family with a future.  This is where we as humans “Tribe” – coming together to create something bigger than ourselves that impacts humanity, the world and the planet.
