In the world of Human Design, a science that empowers the individual, group dynamics is often associated mainly with its conditioning effect on people. Although this is completely true, it is still only half of the truth.

In this lecture, we will shift the focus from business interpretations of group mechanics to a deeper and more inspiring perspective: exploring group dynamics through music – as a living expression of art, beauty, and human synergy.

Music provides a unique window into the synchrony, resonance, and hidden order that emerge within groups – not as a limiting force, but as a source of coherence, harmony, and creative potential.

Through the frameworks of BG5, OC16, and Rave Sociology, we will look at the full range of musical configurations – from solos and duets to small ensembles and large orchestras – to reveal collective sound creation as a powerful mirror of what becomes possible when people come together. We will explore both resonance and dissonance and, through the mechanics of Rave Sociology illustrated through music, uncover why the live, embodied experience can never be replaced by the online world.

In this journey, we will also move beyond the extreme polarities often present in discussions about group energy – from fearing its conditioning to idealizing the collective – in order to arrive at a more balanced, objective, and grounded perspective on how we function together and contribute on a global scale.

Petya Majleva is a pioneer and leading professional in bringing BG5 to Bulgaria, working with executives, leaders, and teams, and applying Human Design in business for more than a decade. She has completed the full spectrum of BG5 training, including OC16 and Profit Potential, and is the first certified BG5 Instructor in the country, teaching both the BG5 Foundation and BG5 Certification programs in Bulgarian. Petya is also among the very few people worldwide certified as a Rave Sociologist through the IHDS, with a deep interest in the balance between individual life and social environments.

With a solid academic and practical background in business, psychology, and therapeutic modalities, and more than 15 years of experience with Human Design, she is deeply immersed in the real-world application of the system.

As the National Director of Human Design Bulgaria – the official Human Design school in the country – Petya is dedicated to elevating professional standards and expanding the reach of Human Design education. She is passionate about teaching, supporting personal and professional growth, and mentoring students and emerging professionals on their development journey.
