Sonja is a 3/5 Generator with Emotional Authority who has been involved in Human Design for 15 years, experimenting since 2009.
She attended art school and explored this world, working as an artist herself and with others, always inspired by unique concepts.
In 2001, she was introduced to Mayan Astrology and, in a change of direction, she learned to work with people’s behavioural archetypes, those written in codes and colours.
In 2007 there was a major life transition, as she became a mother, discovering Human Design not long afterwards. It was the answer to a mother’s plea for help and support, as she recognised the conditioning that was being mirrored back to her in her new role as a mum. Human Design gave her the practical answers she needed, together with a way to navigate her new life with her son.
Sonja studied with Genoa Bliven, and became an LYD Guide in 2012, continuing her studies with Darshana Matthews, Andrea Reikl Wolff, Richard Beaumont and Leela-Swan Herbert, among others. She responded to taking Analyst Training, becoming a certified Individual Rave Analyst in 2016, a Rave ABC teacher in 2023 and currently preparing to be a Rave Cartography teacher with the Austrian School of Human Design.
She gives individual Readings, and has been teaching the LYD Course for over ten years; the LYD Course is the most transformational course there is, there is always such great satisfaction to witness how it touches and transforms the lives of so many students.

The Ego Center The Ego Center is small, yet immensely powerful, shaping our world in terms of money, bargains, family, and belonging. Together we’ll explore the power and distortion of the Ego, the wisdom of the open Ego. What does this mean for the individual? How can we each stay true to our uniqueness?
Online Sonja will present The Ego in a lager context: The Cross of Planning. What is it? Why is it ending? And what does this mean for us all to live through this great transition. For over 400 years its frequency has been the background of our societies, building economies, contracts, and support systems — and now that frequency is fading. The Cross of the Sleeping Phonix is here. I am a Cross of Planning with my nodes in Gate 55 and 59. I am here to support this transition. Join me and let’s explore the cycle change together.
