This interactive workshop offers mini analysis of participant’s charts through the BG5 Career and business perspective. Working with multiple charts, participants will observe how BG5 mechanics operate across different roles, teams, and organizational dynamics. Guided by experienced BG5 business consultants and coaches, the workshop demonstrates practical analysis of strengths, decision-making strategies, communication styles, and work processes from a purely mechanical BG5 perspective.

Rather than theory alone, the focus is on live analysis, comparison between charts, and understanding how different designs function in professional environments. Ideal for BG5 practitioners, consultants, coaches, and business leaders who want to deepen their analytical skills and gain clarity on applying BG5 principles in real-world business and team settings.

We are both certified through the International Human Design School (IHDS) in BG5 for Small Teams, with mentors Karen Sherwood (Svetla) and Laveena Archers (Georgi).

After years of practical work with organizations and teams, Georgi also completed OC16 for Large Teams with Banu Çetin, becoming one of the few professionals worldwide certified to work with large corporate structures using this system.
