“Pressure from Above – Pressure from Below” – Live in Sofia

This workshop offers an experiential exploration of the mental pressure of the Head Center and the existential pressure of the Root Center. Together, we’ll examine their mechanics and gain a deeper understanding of how these two forces shape our lives. Finally, we’ll engage in an interactive group exercise to directly sense the difference between them.

As we move toward 2027, traditional ideas of community are breaking down. This talk is a personal reflection by Talis, who has lived in several Human Design–based co-living experiments — radical, anarchic, and deeply human. He shares what actually happened in those environments, what truly matters when living by design with others, and what we all need to understand before 2027.

Bio:

Talis is a Mental Projector (1/3) with the Channel 64-47, here to bring clarity and translate concepts into outer authority. Since beginning his Human Design experiment in 2018, Talis has completed his first seven-year cycle. He is in professional training at IHDS with Andrea Reikl Wolf, yet primarily walks his own path as a self-taught investigator and creator. His work ranges from books, video courses, Substack articles, and one of the largest German Human Design communities on Facebook.

Talis is a visionary and a coordinator of spaces: Human Design cafés, co-living experiments, study groups, and creative projects that make Human Design tangible and inspiring. With a background in media design and conceptual art direction, he combines aesthetic clarity with analytical depth.

His passion is to support others in recognizing and living their uniqueness – not by giving answers, but by inviting them into their own experiment.
