VARIABLE: A Deep Dive Into Leftness, Rightness & Rave Psychology
In this 90-minute online workshop, we explore one of the most transformative aspects of Human Design: Variable — the architecture of leftness and rightness that shapes how each of us perceives, learns, interprets, and moves through life.
Variable is the gateway into Rave Psychology, offering a precise map of how your consciousness is designed to operate. It reveals whether your perception is strategic or receptive, focused or panoramic, concentrated or cyclical — and how these orientations influence the way you engage with the world.
As nine-centred beings, Homo sapiens in transitus, we are the transitional form between the mind-led past and the collective, penta-based future. To live our potential, we must understand the mechanics of our awareness — and Variable shows us exactly how to do this.

Interactive Exploration in Breakout Rooms:
Participants will be grouped by leftness and rightness, and then by specific Variables. Each group will receive:
- Themed questions
- Visual prompts
- Perception tasks
- Short reflection exercises
You Will Explore:
- How your awareness takes in information
- What nourishes your cognition
- How to reduce homogenized pressure
- How to support the design of others
- How to recognize your natural perceptual posture

Bio:
Therese, a 5/1 Self Projector on the Cross of Healing, is a passionate certified Human Design analyst, foundation courses teacher, and Living Your Design (LYD) guide, dedicated to illuminating the unique paths of transformation for others.
Her journey began in Austria, where she cultivated her skills as a Qi Gong and Taiji instructor while teaching languages and history in a high school in Vienna. In 1998, life brought her to the vibrant island of Ibiza, where, in 2004, she was invited to the house of Ra Uru Hu, the founder of Human Design. Therese started her experiment during a challenging phase as a single mother. This discovery changed everything.
A transformative reading with Christoph Rabanus, an early student of Ra Uru Hu, sparked Therese’s deep dive into the world of Human Design. Her involvement with Jovian Archive and time spent at Ra’s annual Ibiza Events not only deepened her understanding but also connected her to a fascinating community. Upon a personal invitation from Ra into his Rave Psychology education in 2007, she embraced the profound insights of Rave Psychology and the exploration of passenger consciousness. She sent in her thesis for graduation 3 days before Ra´s death in April 2011. Since moving back to Austria in 2010, Therese also got certified as a Human Design analyst in 2011. She has made it her mission to guide individuals—especially Projectors—as they navigate their unique journeys of deconditioning and alignment. With her licence to teach also Rave ABC and Rave cartography, she shares her insights with warmth and depth, empowering others to uncover their true selves. As we approach 2027, Therese is committed to helping people harness the wisdom of Human Design to adapt to the exciting changes ahead, inspiring them to embrace the journey with courage and authenticity.
